About Us
Portfolio Arts and Crafts has been trading from the same shop in Blackburn, Lancashire since 1990.
Husband and wife team, John and Anne Hall, have owned and managed the shop throughout this time, starting small and building up their stock and knowledge of art and craft materials.
We run classes in cardmaking, scrapbooking, calligraphy and painting, where we try to pass on our enthusiasm for the subjects to both beginners and more experienced crafters and artists. Anne undertakes to provide the creative input for the bulk of the card-making classes, and we have very experienced tutors for parchment craft, scrapbooking, rubber stamping, painting and calligraphy.
We have a small team of experienced staff who enjoy crafting in their spare time. This does not mean to say that they are not equally knowledgeable about art materials!
