postage & packing
Our charges are :
Orders up to £10.00 : £1.50
Orders £10.01-£20.00 : £2.00
Orders £20.01-£30.00 : £3.00
Orders £30.01-£34.99 : £3.50
Orders £35.00 & over : FREE
These charges are for U.K. only. However, extra charges may be added for large or heavy consignments to non-mainland destinations. Your agreement will be sought first should these apply. Please contact us for costs for outside the U.K.

A minimum order value of £5.00 is applicable.
We accept payment

on-line at time of order by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro), using our secure server with 128-bit encryption.

by telephoning us on 01254 665053, with your card details, quoting your Order I.D. Number.

by cheque or postal order, payable to Portfolio, by post. Please quote your Order I.D. Number when using this method.
Please note, cheque payments will delay despatch until the cheque has cleared.
VAT
VAT @ 17.5% is included in all our retail prices,except for books which are currently zero rated.
returns
Our returns policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection(Distance Selling) Regulations.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of charges except postage.
Goods must be returned unused in their original packages.
If goods are supplied in sealed containers these must be unopened.
Before return you must notify us of cancellation in writing by e-mail, fax or post. A phone call is not sufficient.
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the customer's responsibility. Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit.
